18th months, still not sorted, & my fault

I have been in contact with Neotel, it's representatives, call centres, services agents etc etc etc. I have been billed for years now with 2 phone numbers!! I also I had a 3rd number added to my name of which I have no idea how it was authorised!! Despite many many calls and requests, I still keep receiving a double bill. The other number has still not been cancelled, and obviously no refund. Eventually. on following up on an email for which a reference number was received (this is now more than 2 months later), a call service agent informs me I need to go to the police station in order to get an avadavat signed by myself in order for them to assist!!! I refused as I feel why should I sort out Neotel's problems. He said to me it would be sorted out, but without the avadavat, it would take longer. Three statements later I send another email. A service agent responds and tells me the same thing, an avadavat. There might then be at Neotel if I have been assigned an additional number. Neotel's and I must sort out their problem!!! And despite repeated requests, I am still be charged for 2 numbers. SHOCKING - a this is Telkom's only competition???
