I had a problem with my Blackberry. I took it to Nashua at the Bloemfontein Loch Logan branch. They told me that they would have to send my phone to Head Office and it may take up to 3 weeks to come back.
They dont have loan phones. So I went to the Nashu opposite the UFS gate - I can remember the exact name. There Pieter Swanepoel took my phone and phoned me the same day to confirm the phone is ready.
He also gave me his number and email address to phone if at any time I have problems with my phone. I really to appreciate his help and wanted to acknowledge this!!!
