I applied for a contract for a Blackberry 9360 at Nashua Mobile N1 City, on the 29th June 2013 I was told I would be contacted when the phone was ready for collection as they did not have stock, which they never did, I had to phone every week to find out if the phone had arrived. Finally after about 5 weeks I phoned them again and was told that the phone was discontinued. I subsequently went and purchased a Blackberry Then three weeks later I received a call from Nashua N1 advising me that the phone is ready for collection after I told the gentleman who contacted me that I had already purchased a phone as I was told the 9360 had been discontinued he told me I still had to take the contract. This is totally outrages I have had no response and today I received a statement for R621 for a phone I dont have I sincerely urge anyone reading this if you are contemplating a mobile contract with Nashua, dont this is the second time I have had problems with them charging me for a phone I dont have and their total lack of response.
