After receiving the happy sms that i will be able to upgrade i went in store to discuss my options.
The manager assisted me in choosing the correct package for my needs and i ordered my phone, which they assured me will be in store the next day. Three days later without receiving a call from them they advised me that the colour phone i picked will not be available and that i will have to choose a new colour, which i did, and again the assured me that my phone will be in store within two days. Two days later i received a call from them, not saying that my phone is ready for collection BUT that the package i chose will not be available until September.. so why advise me to take the package then? to add insult to injury my phone was still not available for collection. They were suppose to phone me today to collect my phone... no surprise here... guess who hasn't called yet.. jip! Nashua Mobile Loch Logan Waterfront! i really advise people not to deal with this Branch unless you are looking for endless begging, sweet talking and empty promises!
Looking back i really wish i picked a bigger phone so i can tell them to stick it where the sun doesn`t shine!
