I would like to lodge a complaints against Nashua mobile, I upgraded a phone 28th of May 2013 in Cape Town which they said i should fetch it in Bloemfontein loch Logan branch since I was moving cities, when I relocated to Bloemfontein i received a company phone which a portion of it is paid by me, I then went to Nashua loch Logan to say I would like to cancel the upgrade on the 6th of June, which I filled the termination form. On the 7th june the store manager called me to say I am liable for cancelation fees amounting to R7000.00. I feel this is a rip off as a consumer and the CIP law says I have a right to cancel a contract within 20 days because honestly I can't afford to pay for two phones and I don't have the R7000.00 cancelation that Nashua want from me
