I have a 5 Gig data bundle with Cell C. In January i was busy running out of data. So 21 January I phoned the call center and advise them to add a additional 1 GIG to my account. got the ref and forgot about it. When I received my bill, the data was never loaded and I breached my cap, so I was billed some ridiculous amount per meg. I logged a dispute, and nothing happened. Weeks later I was phoned by call center, I was busy and they said they will phone back. I received a mail with a bad tone of note saying I was busy when they try to assist and they cant find the 1 gig loaded. So I was billed full amount, which is more that R1000 and no one from Cell C is willing to go and track the problem. I was a big supporter of Cell C, but looks like all the ISP are the same. One common point of interest, shaft the clients.
