After almost 5 months we now received the Giga20 sim however we did not get 5gn peak and 15gb midnight data.

Because we only received the package on the19th of the month we were only given 6.50 GB Midnight data and 2.17 GB peak data has been loaded on to your account. Valid until the end of the month.

There is no way of checking your data I had to put the sim into a phone to receive these messages.

Where is my 5gb peak and 15gb midnight data?

I instead get a message saying You have no more Midnight DATA available, additional usage will now be billed to your account at R0.15/MB

Please correct your mistake!

You can only charge 15c per megabyte once the 20gb has been depleted.

We have mailed in a request to set the out of bundle rate to R0
