Again! Issues with cell c! My last accounts query is not even resolved!! I have a data package with them. My data depleted and I loaded more data. But it never reflected. Instead my out of data rates applied and billed on my account, yet im Charged for the data I loaded but never got. I phoned in and reported the error but nothing came of it. Now I have to pay an amount I never got!! You guys are seriously useless! Cant believe I went back to you!
