I have logged a call with cell c last week re the usage on my data contract, 3073100612, till date i am still awaiting feedback thereof. How long will this take to sort out? I also spent 24 minutes with cell c on Friday on the phone regarding the data that should be loaded on my other contract, the lady advised that this would have been done on the 4th, data bundle has not been loaded. When is cell c going to load my data as promised?
