Bad service overall
Went to upgrade from voice to data. First consultant did not know how to assist. Pasela assisted but never came back with any feedback on progress of line switch from voice to data. Had to follow up myself every day. They told me that they have the mini ipad in stock. Once switch from voice to data has been done I went back to the mtn store. They then told me that they dont have stock and said they need to supply from the warehouse first. Now I'm sitting with a blackberry unable to do anything as the switch from voice to data has been done. I just feel that they don't know what they are doing and customer service is very poor. On the evening of the 1st March 2013 I went to Iphone store whom got the iphone in stock. They tried for hours to get hold of mtn to do the upgrade but no answer. Poor customer service. Maybe another service provider would be a better option.
