Pathetic service, waiting for response for 2 months

We were due for a upgrade, so we upgrade from data to voice on the. A combo deal was advertise that if you upgrade on a specific package, you get a tv with. So we whent for that. Jean-Pierre was the consultant that assist us. There was no stock on the phone, so Jean-Pierre said we will let us know if the stock arrives. After 2 weeks the data to voice was still not done because we could still use the internet modem. We went to MTN at welkom square to ask if they did not have the phone because we were waiting for 2 weeks for MTN in Goldfields, and they did have stock. We went back to Jean-Pierre to quiry about the transfer from data to voice, because he said that we could use that sim solong in any other phone, and to find out about the phone that we did not recieve yet, as the Square branch has stock, why couldn't he get stock from them. He never phone to keep us updated.
When we confronted him about the phone, he fetch a phone from the back and said its actualy another customers phone he is giveing us. And the tv is another excuse, we 've been there 3 times in this 2 months to ask about the tv, the excuse, there is no stock. How can you advertise something if theres no stock for 2 months now!!!
