I went in to the store on the 14th May to do an upgrade. I was advised that due to upgrading from a voice to a data line it takes between 2 and 24 hours.
I contacted them on numerous occasions to find out on how far they are with the upgrade and everytime i call in they say that mtn head office still did not look into it..
I am still waiting for my upgrade to happen...
If u want business then please be more efficient in your service.. everytime u guys say u gonna call back but i had to call in hourly to find out whats happening.. dont give empty promises..
