EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I went to MTN Lakeside mall two weeks (9th Feb) ago to upgrade from a voice to a data contract (iPad). 1st they had no stock, two weeks later I have contacted them and they didn't log a request to change my package from voice to data as they were supposed to. They told me that I can go and fetch my iPad on the 26 Feb 2013. I drove 50 km there and back for nothing they didn't changed it again. They have said on numerous occasions that they will contact me back but they never did. How long must I wait???
