I contacted Web Africa on the 1st of March to cancel my hosting and domain renewal.
I was told because I did not contact Web Africa on the 28th February I will only be able to cancel my hosting at end of April. I asked if they could make an exception due to the fact that I called on the 1st day of the month. I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me after being assured that they would. The first contact centre staff member never phoned me back to assist with my renewal cancellation
