I have been a client with sa webs since 2008, who did a free website, based on them hosting it. during this time I have asked them many times for nb information with no reply. due to there bad service I have decided to leave them and go elsewere (local/well priced/great ideas). I contacted Sue requesting to cancel their services and the website. She asked me why. answer: bad service. I also told her I don't want the website as I am having a new one done. all I wanted was the domain [URL Removed] She said it would cost one month notice. they sent me a bill for the transfer of the website and domain (I asked for it to be cancelled) for around R5500. I then spoke to the accounts department and they said petronella would contact me to make a plan. This lady has no idea. they are now claiming my domain after they said at the beginning that the domain will always be mine. Due to the fact that my domain and company are the same, they are cybersquatting. These people never respond to calls or emails. I have sent them a written notice, threaten with legal action but that don't respond. I just actually now want to cancel their services and move on. They can even keep the domain
