On 27 November 2013 I called MWEB and asked to cancel my uncapped hosting but I want to keep my email hosting.
I spoke with them today 2/5/14, and they confirmed that they can see I called and asked to cancel this contract but they cannot tell me why this haven't been done unless I give them a reference number.
Needless to say, I don't have this reference number and will have to keep paying them until I manage to get it somewhere???
Please advise, should I rather cancel everything, including my debit order, or can you sort this out?
