Agents shouting ang call dropping

I have been calling Mtn since last night (01/03/2013) because my simcard has been giving me problems with connecting to the internet and I was unable to receive and read my messages even before that but matters became worse the last 2 evenings, I then contacted the 808 number and every consultants I spoke to was either shouting or hanging up on me, I rememer only 1 name of a consultant that was very friendly to me and that is Mojalefa Mokoena but every other 1 I spoke to was just the exact opposite of what he was. The consultants also at the 0831555 are also just the same as the rest at the 808 call centre consultants, my sim card is still not connecting to the internet and I have a very good mind of switching Vodacom immediately since there is absolutely no customer care from Mtn and its consultants. I have used Mtn all my life since I've had a cellphone but I have really had it with Mtn!
