My motor financer, MFC, a division of Nedbank, has debited my account on 07/06/2013, and our agreement was that my debit orders will go off on the 21st of every month. Now my account is sitting on a negative balance.
They sent me an SMS on 06/06/2013 stating that my debit order of 21/05/2013 is due, WHICH WASN'T TRUE, THE DEBIT ORDER WENT THROUGH AND I HAVE PROOF, and that they will be debiting my account on 07/06/2013. The debit order went through on the 7th, and now my account is on a negative balance, and the bank is charging me interest on that.
I have tried contacting them on the 7th, but they keep transferring the call to the department that is handling my account, and I stay on hold until the line gets disconnected.
They told me a lady named Nicola Bardner is handling my case, then they said Philani Ndaba, then Judie.
I asked for a direct line to this Judie person, 011 667 0458, and when I call, it just rings with no answer, it doesn't even divert to voicemail.
I have been trying to contact them since the 7th of May 2013.
