I was due for an upgrade early Dec'12. I have no trouble with the excellent service I receive at the Paarl Mall branch. They treat me as a VIP. However, after almost 3months I am still waiting for CellC Warehouse to get stock of the 920, so that the branch can order my phone. Even the Nokia Rep is frustrated with CellC (not the branch) as they just do not get stock. Week after week, CellC direct only says later this week every time we speak to them. This is terrible service. Other suppliers have been selling the 920 for months already. I'm ready to move my contract if CellC do not get their act together very fast.
