Every time i require a service from cellc, i have to do so via hello peter. Im desperately trying to upgrade my cell phone to the s4, but nobody wants to answer the phone. A few days ago i applied for the s4 but nobody has since contacted me. Im trying 084 145, option 2 but nobody picks up. My agreement was to get my phone this week so i can receive it at home. I wont be at home next week. I wish to view the status of my order and adjust accordingly, however nobody answers the phone. All my issues with cell c had to be resolved with hello peter, why?
Please asist, i want to know the status of my order, and if its not available for this week i need to change delivery address or cancel.
Ps, im still for 2 years now, waiting for my receipt on refund on overcharging from cellc, which i escalated to hellopeter and for which i got a phonecall from cellc. But it died down after that. Anyway, let focus on my new phone please. It unfortunate that vodacom and mtn has even more pathetic service, so its not like i want to move or anything, i dont have that option. Please jack up your call centre
