I spoke to the Cellc spokesperson - Ruth who called me. She was supposed to get someone from Cellc to call me wrt fixing this Nokia Internet stick. SADLY, No one has called - I have wasted over at least 5 to 6 hours in the last month going to 3 different stores to fix this problem & no one could help me... what pathethic technical support CELLC has!
this product was purchased recently from CNA Victory Park - refer Patrick (the manager) and i cannot even return it! I am stuck with this Nokia internet stick that doesnt work!.. and cannot even be fixed!
Is this CELLC service???
