I have complained about CellC last week about doing an Upgrade and not receiving. I received a call from a CellC rep Promising that I will have my phone by Monday 25/02/2013. I tried phoning CellC several times for the tracking number, did not get any joy. thee were emails sent from customer service asking Upgrades Dept to contact me, no joy. I did not receive the phone or any calls from CellC explaining why I did not get my phone as yet.
should I stay with them or go to another network
