I have had unending batles with Autopage billing

Every month I dread getting my Autopage Cellular Bill. Firstly, I have asked them on numerous occasions to link all three of my accounts with Discovery which they havent done. Secondly, they charge me for GPRS usage unfairly because they claim to accidentally not have uploaded my package details on their system. So I start paying for the first Mb of data I use in stead of getting what I should be getting on my packages. For February, they wrongly invoiced me on one of my voice contracts and one of my data contracts. I am starting to feel like they are uncapable of helping me.
