I went to Cellc Cresta on saturday 3/8 2013, to reinstall software on my Nokia Internet Usb stick that purchased from Cellc recently - but Shaun at CELLC Cresta couldn't fix it. His excuse was that they did not have internet access since Friday - this excuse I find pathetic... nevertheless, I went to CELLC at Campus square branch and they did not have WiFi installed in their branch! However, they used my internet acess and still couldnt fix my Cellc Nokia Internet stick!
I have lost these settings twice already on the CELLC Nokia Usb internet stick and after speaking to Cellc service advisors it seems that these products were faulty and withdrawn from the market - yet no one seem capable of fixing the problem or simply reinstalling the software???
I just wasted 3 hours going to these various CELLC branches for help - but in vain it was!
It seems that CELLC training at their branches is sadly Lacking... Anxiously awaiting your call
