Bad Service - Send customer from pillar to post

I have received a notification that I have to upgrade the software of my Nokia Internet Stick CS-19 before 31/7/13 - I bought it at CellC on a prepaid basis this year. I attempted to follow the instructions, without success. I took my laptop with the downloaded update file as well as the Nokia Stick to CellC in Menlyn on 27/7/13 to assist in installing the software for me. I was told that they cannot do it for me but that they have to send the Nokia Stick to Nokia to do the update or I should visit the Nokia Care Centre in Hatfield. Nokia Care in Hatfield indicated that they do not deal with Internet Sticks. In an e-mail, Nokia referred me back to CellC. The same e-mail that was sent to Nokia, was also forwarded to CellC on their website on 28/7/13. To date, CellC did not bother to respond to my query. I did all that I could from my side to resolve the issue and expect a resolution from CellC after all my trouble in visiting them personally and having to leave without any resolution. I am really disappointed that a problem cannot be resolved when you actually visit the store and when it is not an issue of malfunctioning but only an issue of upgrading software.
