On or around the 20th of March I tried to get the CellC LG L3 Dual SIM Deal (R69/mX24) at their Cresta Branch, but they had no stock and I was informed that the only way would be through CellC Direct; Accordingly I took out a telephonic contract and was told that delivery would take 7 days; After numerous calls (each 5-15min wait) RAM eventually delivered a phone about 1 month later, but I couldn't locate the 2nd SIM slot, so I took it to their Cresta branch who said that it was the WRONG PHONE; The branch called CellC Direct and they assured me that RAM would pick up the wrong phone the next day; I ported my number from Vodacom at the same time (17/04/13), expecting an expeditious resolution to the problem; RAM eventually picked up the wrong handset about a week later; Yesterday I called CellC direct and, after waiting on the line for another 10min, was told that there was NO STOCK OF THE LG L3 Dual SIM!!! The lady said that she would try and locate another Dual SIM Android deal and would call me back. The call never came... Consequently, could I please cancel the contract that was never consummated (no handset) and PLEASE CONTACT ME to sort out this sorry saga!
