If there was an award for the WORST customer service it would go to Neotel - incompetence, bad customer service, completely useless follow-ups and generally an awful all round service.
I have been struggling to get my address, bank and package details changed for months. After going onto Hello Peter I got a call from someone who 'sounded' like they knew what they were doing. Wrong again - address and bank details still wrong and have now been cut off. They are moving me to a prepaid package when I asked to be moved to an alternate contract package - what joy!!!
After reading other peoples experiences I do not expect this circus act the Neotel call service to get any better.
I will be going in store tomorrow to terminate this shoddy service.
