I ordered the NeoConnect 100 package from Neotel. When I received the phone I saw that they put me on the Neo Connect 50 option. After numerous phone calls to Rebo, the guy who got my order wrong in the first place I was told that they can't migrate my package to the NeoConnect 100 option because I have to wait until the end of the month. Today when I called the call centre again, having been passed from one person to the other, I was eventually told that I have been migrated on the 17th of September, however, I am STILL on the same package. I was told that the matter has been escalated to the Sales department and that someone would call me. So far no call. I have to say that if Neotel does not fix this issue within the next 2 days I SHALL cancel my service with then and they can take their hand set and modem and shove it!!!
