Neotel useless customer service and billing system

Hi there,

We have a problem with Neotel every month, They invoiced us few time on the wrong contract (we have a 5 Gig contract and the invoiced us for a 3 GIG contract and started to invoice out of contract data after the 3 G were finished, making our bill much higher that it should have been). They tried to take an amount of R 1737.84 out of our bank account the 1st of January and couldn't. My husband had email back and force for three weeks and they finally agree that we only had to pay 731.47, which we paid end of January. Now it start all over again as they try to take the amount they tried to take at the beginning of January again. The worst is, they now cut my husband internet connection and he can't even call them to sort the situation out.

The problematic invoice was invoice number 972047.
