Useless service! I have had no response from my queries on 21 February 2013 nor 12 March 2013. We have been waiting six months for any assistance. Neotel switched off our phone today, and after a lot of "discussions" they informed us that the problem is not with them but with our lines at work. Really? Neotel is refusing to assist us in sending someone out to correct the problem. I spoke to a Sikumbuso and a Gift. They informed me they do not have fax or e-mail abilities to forward me any details of the stores in which I could attend for assistance. Please note I should attend a store but the problem is at our office with phones installed at our office. Useless! Will not refer this company to anybody.
