It's been almost a month later and still no feedback from Vodacom. I've had my data account with them for almost 3 years now and it seldom, if ever, went over the 2 gig usage. In Feb 2013 received enormous account.
I phoned them on the 9 of Feb to complain about the account and they gave me a reference number (S3-SHW3Q-QG10D) and said they will phone me back. Yeah right!
What must one do now, maybe change you service provider? After the survey done in South Africa maybe one should change!
