Misrepresentation for which I must suffe

I upgraded my fone with Vodacom in Dec 2011.I recently learned that I am not able to upgrade my fone now cos I did a premature upgrade. The premature upgrade was inactual fact intiated by that same employee as i was not aware that I could do such. At the time in which the upgrade was done I was never informed by the employee that it would affect my next upgrade or that acceptance would vary the terms of the new contract signed. These are material terms which vary the terms of the contract and should have been disclosed to me. Failure to do so amounts to negligent misrepresentation on their part. I cannot be expected to bear the brunt of such imcompetence. I spend an average of R3 500p/m on 3 contracts that I have with them. I have never missed a payment to them at all and yet they are unable to assist me. I have called their complaints dept to raise this issue but have been pushed from pillar to post and all to no avail. I am not happy with this lack of service - I am quite appalled at this moment!!
