5 yrs ago my husband passed away, so the process of changing all the account names began. We have filled out the name/account change forms 3 times since BUT the account is still in my husbands name. Vodacom often calls and asks to speak to my husband and every time they advise that I should take the death certificate n filled out forms to the nearest vodacom branch. This clearly hasn't helped and the service is terrible. It is a simple name/account change request but not even that can be done. Very poor service from vodacom. 5 years later the account still come in my husbands name!!
