Enormous data account after upgrading

Vodacom deducted an enormous amount of over R15000 on my data package the last month. After receiving a sms of high usage, early in Sept, I phoned them and was reassured that it must have been a mistake as my account look as normal - they will find it on their recordings. The debit order went of end Sept leaving my account in arrears at the bank. Surely after over 2 years of R150 data per month (not doing anything different this month) they had to see the red lights! Now I am the victim. After 10years I want to cancel all personal and business contracts moving to a different supplier - because this is totally unacceptable. Theysaid they will investigate (7-14 days) and in the mean time I have to do what? get a bad credit record, pay millions of bank costs, and live without that money. I believe there was activity on my account.
