Call logged and IGNORED

There is only one company that has ever made me complain to the world, where I feel I can't do anything to change it or make them actually do something about my queries - My Dear Vodacom...
10 Nov, 18:07, Call reference # S3-T6YB2-2IQ0 : NO FEEDBACK!
15 Nov, 14:03, Follow up call reference # S3-T639J-JPB9 : I was told it should only take a few hours to be fixed. It never happened!
I phoned on Monday, asked that a supervisor phone me back, or else I will take this to Hello Peter, I am still waiting for the call. Vodacom is not the best service provider anymore. My disappointment is running very deep. I just wantmy OTP to be sent to the RIGHT number, as the existing number for the OTP does NOT EXIST anymore. Vodacom obviously does not think that it is important for a customer to be able to access their account. If this type of service continues, I will be forced to move my bussiness to a better service provider, which is at this stage, any providerother than Vodacom. This better be fixed by 5 pm this afternoon, or else I AM DONE!
