DEBITS AFTER CONTRACT EXPIRY

Good morning, I am of with the way MTN is handling me. As they always do they customers are just statistics, just numbers.

I once laid a complaint regarding this in 2010 when MTN was was taking time to activate the phone they had given me. Now after 24 months they are still debiting my account, I called MTN in November 2012 to give them a notice as per the contract that I will be terminating this account.

The contact centre persons are so lazy, maybe they do not understand simple English as they cannot take simple instructions. Surprisingly in January 2013 they gave me Airtime, I quickly reminded them that I terminated the contract and i will not be paying for this and i told them to take back their airtime as i do not need it.

They are debiting my account as they please, in February 2013 they have for debited 2 months. i am really tired of them and I cannot call them as according to MTN I do not exist, hey do not care what exists is the number 071 892 1863.

Please refer me to the right person as well as the is violating my rights a a citizen of this world. please let me know if the CPA or any other body can help me regarding these capitalists that are.
