Crazy deductions from my account!!!

MTN, MTN, MTN...
Where to start.
February 2011, I took out a 24 month contract with MTN which expired in February 2013.
However a few weeks ago I discovered they were stilll deducting my account of R379 which
they should have stopped in Fevruary. Can you imagine my anger!! I called the customer service call centre and was instructed to call another number. I did so only to discover that I got billed for calling this number, as I am no longer a contract subscriber, nevermind the fact they debiting my account every month. After not getting through after a number of calls. I finally gave in. Their line is always busy and I am unable to get through.
Then around the same time, I discovered that airtime I purchased was mysteriously disappearing from my balance. Over the last two weeks I have bought around R350 airtime, from all that airtime purchased, I made about 1 ten minute call and sent 6 sms's and airtime was done. How is this possible!! Is this the way you treat customers by ripping them off!!! Its so bad, I cant recharge my phone anymore because the money just disappears 10 mins after recharge, R50 a time. I am tired of calling them because I never get through!! Please help!
