Help me or take it back!!!

Please tell me if anyone has any sort of training in the technician department as I am struggeling for a month now, going for two month. I have 2 iphone 5's on the same package, but with different settings. The phone that is currently with me takes data in seconds as the other one is completely different. No one can solve this issue for me as I am beginning to thing my phone is faulty or I do not have a "data" simcard. Please see refference on callcentre as I have been phoning non stop.

I also went to Eastgate and they told me they will get more information and phone me back, and its day 2 with no call returned.

They cant even set up my message centre number. I dont want to give my NEW phone in for repairs and wait 2 weeks!!! Please get me someone who actually can help me and not reffer me to the world.

I am a new client with 8ta and I am not having a good experience at all.
