I have been battling to get a cellphone upgrade since the beginning of January. After placing an order with a salesman on January 4, 2013, I was not contacted about any progress in the order. I went into the shop, stood in the queue for an hour to be told that the order had not arrived yet (it was a week after I was promised it would arrive). Then I went in on the next 'promised' date to be told that the order had in fact not been placed. They then placed it and 1 - 2 weeks later I was telephonically notified that the cellphone model I had chosen was no longer in production (although it was still featured in their promotions booklet ...?).

I then braved the store again, stood in the queue for over an hour and placed an order for another model (android). I was told that I would be phoned when the order was placed (apparently this was going to happen on the 25th of March) but this did not happen. I was meant to be contacted 2 days ago when the handset was meant to have arrived. I have also been trying to telephonically reach the store manager for 2 days without success. A manager of a store should answer his phone.
