At the end of January I got a quote from GAME TZANEEN for a DEFY MULTIFUNCTION stov Beginning of February I paid the full purchase price, deliver would be within 7 to 10 days. 2 weeks later I was called and told that the sales person SOLLY had made a mistake on the quote for the extended warranty and I needed to pay an additional R200 odd, I also needed to pay the delivery cost of R200, this I did, delivery was promised by the end of the week. 2 WEEKS later I went to the store as there had been NO delivery. I was told that there was a problem, the order had been cancelled and had to be re-ordered, delivery was promised ONCE again with the week. I called as that did not happen, I was told that there was a delivery scheduled for the following week, this also did not happen. I went into the shop and spoke to a manager and the sales person again, NOW the story changed, the stove was a low production model as was not in production so they could not tel me when or if I could expect delivery, they had tried several stores in the area but could not find one. I asked for a refund, I wrote to GAME - and am still waiting for a response - but by the following day the money had been refunded.
