Very poor service

On 05 March 2013 I went to Tiem's Audio and Video Vodashop to place an order for a new phone which was due for upgrade on 07 March 2013. I was assured that the phone would arrive on 08 March 2013. On 07 March 2013 I received an sms to confirm that my upgrade quotation 7394755 had been generated.

I never received any feedback as to the status of my order. On 08 March 2013 I phoned Unathi who assured me that the phone would be delivered during the course of the day. At approximately 13:00 I went to the store to get an update. I was told that the phone is on its way as the courier was already in Queenstown and I was asked to come back an hour later.

At 16:00 I went back to the store only to be told that my phone did not arrive. When I ask why, I was told that it was on back order, in other words my phone was never ordered!!! I DON'T like being to. When I asked when I could get a new phone I was told that they didn't know.

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for at least 12 years now and i am seriously consering moving to another provider who will ensure that I get the service I expect.
