Account transferred but old and new client BILLED!

I decided to finally have my MTN contract transferred from my mother's name onto my name. I currently do have an account with Mtn so "assumed" this would be quick and painless.

FIRSTLY=> I was not informed that a Customer Swap Charge would be included on my bill, inclusive of VAT that would push my bill to almost R900 (subs, swap charge, VAT)!!

SECONDLY=> Both my mother and I have individually received statements for the mentioned contract and accounts have been debited as well.

SO MTN HAS CHARGED 2 SEPARATE CLIENTS FOR ONE ACCOUNT THIS MONTH!!! IS SOMEONE TRYING TO GET RICH FAST?!!!
