I am utterly disgusted by the service from Nashua mobile. I have upgraded my phone on October and have not been able to use it because it keeps blocking every other day. Since day 1 on the upgrade I have had endless stress and headaches. Firstly the delivery was almost 2 weeks later than it was suppose to. Then the phone was not activated correctly in store when i went to pick it up. Then my line keeps getting cut. I have been to the store on numerous occasions and Shami just keeps increasing my limit without checking what the problem is. I have also called her on numerous occasion and she has been avoiding my calls and promising to call me back but that never happens. Yesterday Sunday 08/12/2013 I went in store again and Nolwazi assisted. She was able to detect that there is a problem with the actual IPHONE devise, Nolwazi called the store manager and he refused to talk to me said he would call me today 09/12/2013 but how is he going to call when he did not ask for my details. I am utterly disgusted and want to terminate this contract as i did report my issues to the store well within the 7 days and was not taken seriously.
