I refer to my complaint made a month ago at hellopeter concerning the 4G vodacom modem I have bought and since then I have been to Tygervalley Vodacom FOUR (4) times. At first vodacom said the modem was incompatible, then they changes the settings of the modem to 3G. Now the modem is working, but only on 3G. On 2013.12.28 I visited Vodacom again about this problem and they told me they logged a complaint. On 2014.01.03 I went AGAIN to Vodacom Tygervalley to enquire and the manager told be that he logged a complaint but nothing has been done about the complainant because there is only 1 person dealing with complaints!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! UP TO DATE NO RESPONSE... SAPIE
