On 2013-12-08 I bought a 4G modem at vodacom. On 2013-10-14 I return to vodacom at tygervalley because the modem is not compatable for my laptop. I spent 3 HOURS in the Vodacom Data Shop and spoke to 3 sales people including the manager. I told then it is within the 7 day period and I want to cancel my contract, they could not assist me with a alternative modem either!! This is really BAD SERVICE, or no service at all!!!
