While exploring the MTN menu on my phone I clicked on MTN Play and I was automatically subscribed to Play. I tried to unsubscribe by sending sms messages with the word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to no avail. I've also phoned the Customer Care Line 3 times and every time I was told that it would take 3 days to unsubscribe - this NEVER happened!?!?!? I receive messages for Weather, Breaking News and Lotto numbers. I have also tried going into the store to de-activate they in-turn called the Customer Service and they then told me to go to MTN which is what I did and was given the run around. Please help me to unsubscribe from this MTN PLAY option. Thank you.
