To whom it may concern
Since October 2012 my adsl has been faulty.
The phone line has been dead on multiple occasions and my router often does not sync.
When I do have Internet, the speeds are ridiculously slow.
I pay for a 10 mb line and i get 1mb line speeds.
This is the 7th or 8th time I have written a report on hello peter, and I have reported faults at least 15 times on the telkom call centre.
The last time I reported a fault, the call centre person took my number and told me a technician would call me before arriving at my house to confirm.
I never received any call and nobody arrived to fix the problem.
Please can i sort this out urgently i think 5 months is long enough to wait!
