I had a terrible experience with Virgin Mobile

I had a terrible experience with Virgin Mobile the contract was ended in November 2012 but they keep on billing my account, when even i contact their account department they keep me on hold forever i curse the day i signed an agreement with them only if i knew, I am so sick and tired
