I have been a loyal vodacom customer for over ten years and I have racked up over 500 minutes in my current contact period but now when I upgrade I will not be allowed to keep those minutes!
This seems very unfair as I have paid for these minutes over my contract period.
When I went into my local vodacom branch I was instructed that this is just the way it is and there's nothing I can do about it, and any attempt to enquire further up the ladder has been futile.
Pls assist
