POOR, CELL C, BAD SERVICE

I dont normally complain about my network provider, i have been with cell c since 2006 and the service and the direction you guys are heading to is very bad,

calling on the 24th Feb 2013 regards the 50MB that i recieved trying to get help since i cannot use them, firstly the "technician" i spoke to wasnt sure if I can stream with them or not, he placeD me on hold qiuet alot of time then suddEnly came back and gave me a trouble ticket number saying they will look into the matter

called back today the 28th Feb 2013 hoping to get the feedback since i still hgave the full 50Mb that is unusaed and soon to expire, the lady did not know wehat i trouble Ticket number was, i had to explain to her, then she place me on hold for 10 long minutes telling me shes proccesing something.

came back to me told me that she can only see the note that i wanted GPRS settings, mean what kind of servicce is this, i asked her what is the feedback on my case. she then said there is no feedback and can i wasit to rate her service.

please tell me what service did i recieve? i have dat i cnnot use it to add to that the call centre agents dont know anything at that place, my TT no is 1751954
